Tuff Built 70716 Exosphere Adjustable Counterw Weight Mobile Fall Arrest System designed to provide overhead anchorage point in outdoor applications with soft surfaces. Counter weight design allows two person anchor points to extend above work surface. Dual davit arms with 8 foot reach. 4 stage mast adjusts up to 24 foot anchor height and rotates 360 degrees. Manual hydraulic winch to raise and lower mast. 70692 stabilizer base with 4 way fork saddles for positioning and transport with fork lift for outdoor use on soft surfaces. Base cube filled with concrete weighs 6,800 lbs.
