Guardian 01610 22 inch web rebar positioning assembly with 2 ½" gate rebar hook on one end and ¾" self-locking snaphooks on the other end.  Designed for use performing such tasks as rebar work or construction of wall forms.  Allows worker to lean away from rebar or forms while keeping both hands free to complete a task.  Constructed of heavy duty nylon webbing keeps the assembly light weight.  Use of self-locking snaphooks reduce the possibility of accidental disengagement or rollout of the connector.
