3/16 inch quick link.  Designed to provide temporary repair of low carbon chain and for coupling of low carbon attachments.  Connects to chain easily.  The connection is made by closing the hexacon locking collar.  Working load limit of connecting link must be matched to that of the chain being repaired.  Not approved for overhead lifting or load securement.
