3M DBI/SALA 8511235 Advanced Series T-Bar Leg Assembly for use with Extendable Pole Hoists.  T-Bar Leg Assembly is designed to support the winch and ease operation of the pole hoist.  Leg assembly foot rests on floor allowing the attendant to use both hands to operate winch during entry or rescue.  The lightweight UCL Advanced Pole Hoist is an extremely versatile piece of confined space entry/retrieval and rescue equipment.  Simply carabiner the universal bracket to a suitable anchor point to work in any direction from any angle.  The Advanced Pole Hoist has a unique swivel head that rotates 360 degrees providing unparalleled flexibility in both vertical and horizontal confined space entries.  Overall length adjusts for positioning attendant when working in close quarters.
