3M DBI/SALA 8519377 Advanced Series External Tank Collar Assembly with adjustable sleeve for use with Advanced davit systems.  The UCL External Tank Collar Assembly comes with the adjustable sleeve assembly.  This unit is used on manways with an external flange structure that the unit may be secured onto.  The collar is adjustable and can be used with up to 6 inch thick flanges.  Can be used with manways from 18 to 56" diameter for top entry applications.  Comes with PVC liner"
