Tuff Built 70719 Exosphere Adjustable Counter Weight Mobile Fall Arrest System designed to provide overhead anchorage point for indoor push/pull applications. Counter weight design allows two person anchor points to extend above work surface. Dual davit arms with 8 foot reach. 4 stage mast adjusts up to 24 foot anchor height and rotates 360 degrees. Manual hydraulic winch to raise and lower mast. 70661 stabilizer base with casters and tow bar for push/pull applications on interior concrete floors. Also includes 4 way fork saddles for positioning and transport with fork lift.
