Tie Down 72838 PX5 Penetrating Mobile Fall Protection System For Use With 5 Workers In Fall Arrest And Additional Two In Fall Restraint. Designed for use on flat built-up, TPO, ISO, PVC and EPDM roof surfaces. Cart comes with 500 lb flat free tires. In event of a fall, the PX5 Penetrator's engagement spikes engage the substrate providing a solid anchor. The PX5 comes with both front and rear braking mechanism.
