Super Anchor 2830 ARS 2 X 4 Permanent Fall Protection Single Pack Anchor Kit, including ARS anchor, Santoprene flashing, stem cover, tether strap, bolt kit and manual.  The patented design is flashed into the roofing membrane as a permanent fixture that provides fall protection during the construction phase as well as for all warranty and maintenance workers.  The ARS series anchor attaches easily to a 2 X 4 top cord with a single grade 8 bolt provided with each kit.  In event of a fall, the anchor stem folds over reducing shock load.
