SSRA1 Standing Seam Roof Anchor installs on flat or sloped metal standing seam roof panels. Provides a non-penetrating temporary or permanent fall arrest anchor point. Light weight 6061-T6 solid aluminum body weighs 4.5 lbs. Patented universal fit design accommodates over 500 standing seam panel profiles. Made in USA with a lifetime warranty. Tested to 5,000 lbs load in all directions allowing users protection on either side of a peaked roof from the same anchor location. Approved for use with temporary horizontal lifelines. Average installation time is 2 minutes when using screw gun and micro torque wrench capable of reading in inch/lbs. Kit includes 12 stainless steel set screws, roof anchor and starter bit. For short term anchor use, it is recommended using optional nylon tipped set screws for less chance of seam scratching. Optional interchangeable mount for attachment of roof jacks, walk boards and swiveling retractable lifelines.
