Miller 490 P-3 Peri-Form Hook for use with Peri Trio concrete panel form work system.  The Miller 490 P-3 provides a mobile reusable fall protection anchor point when working off of Peri Trio panel forms.  Single person anchor point.  The P-3 anchorage connector is the only anchorage connector on the market designed and tested specifically for use on Peri Trio systems.  Pin attaches vertically to the panel horizontal connection holes to provide an anchorage point.  Very simple to use.  Simply depress the rear locking keeper and squeeze open the front keeper.  Install nose pin into vertical hole on the form member.  Release the keepers and the hook locks into place.  D-ring on bottom of hook is your connection point.  Light weight hook designed for easy handling with gloves.
