Guardian 00661 Provides attachment point for workers while using CB roof top horizontal lifeline system.  When used in conjunction with CB pass-thru roof anchors, allows slider D-ring to slide along 3/8" steel cable through the CB roof anchor pass-thru head without disconnecting.
