Guardian 00600 Permanent or temporary fall arrest anchor point that can be attached to steel or concrete surfaces.  Requires use of four ½" diameter bolts with pullout strength of 6,000 lbs each when attaching to steel surface.  For concrete applications use ½" diameter anchor bolts embedded a minimum of 3 1/2 inches.  Epoxy anchors shall sustain a minimum pull-out of at least 6,000 lbs.
