3M Protecta 3590540 Rebel 20 foot self retracting cable lifeline for leading edge work with swiveling anchorage loop, self-closing carabiner and swivel snap hook. The Rebel self retracting lifeline incorporates a rugged lightweight thermo-plastic housing, stainless steel working components that can withstand rough use. A unique speed sensing brake keeps forces to a minimum and reduces clearance requirements. Internal and external energy absorber protects cable in leading edge work. In event of a fall, the energy absorbers reduce the forces to the portion of the cable that comes in contact with the surface edge. Larger 7/32 inch cable for leading edge work.
