Guardian 00380 Swivel Top for use with Skyhook roof anchor.  Provides the proper means of positioning the retractable lifeline.  Swivel top allows the retractable lifeline to be cradled on its edge instead of laying flat on its side.  This allows the cable to pay out and retract back into the housing the way it was intended.
