Super Anchor 2820 ARS Permanent Tile Roof Anchor Kit including tile roof anchor, EPDM flashing, black stem cover, tether strap, bolt kit and manual. The tile roof anchor has a larger stem to allow flashing for high profile roof tiles. The anchor will attach to all standard framing members by bolting under the top cord or drilling through. The standard tile roofing flashing features an EPDM boot that is vulcanized to a malleable .024 gauge, 20 X 20" aluminum base, providing a means to easily conform to the undulations of S-tiles and high profile concrete tiles. The 14 gauge stainless steel anchor and flashing are maintenance free and will last the lifetime of the roof. Permanent anchor provides fall protection for all warranty and maintenance workers."
