Super Anchor 1014 Moveable ARS 2 X 8 Anchor With Detent Pin is designed to be installed on the top cords of trusses and rafters as a temporary anchor point.  Ideal when performing work with limited duration fall hazards.  Made from 11 gauge stainless steel and is powder coated red for high visibility.  Easily attaches to a 2 X 4, 2 X 6, or 2 X 8 top cord.  The attachment device is a high quality aircraft grade 3/8 inch stainless steel detent locking pin with a T-handle.  Easily moves from one position to another.  In event of a fall, the anchor stem folds over and pivots on the rafter reducing shock load and also distributes the shock load over a wider area of the rafter.  This reduces if not eliminates damage to the framing member.
