2 1/2 inch screw pin anchor shackle.  Anchor shackles are U-shaped metal bodies secured with a screw pin.  Used as a connecting link in rigging systems.  Advantageous when the connection is frequently changed.  When used with nylon slings anchor shackles help protect the eyes from wear.
