Elk River 29701 16 Inch Tower Positioning Device with 2-1/4 inch swivel rebar hook and 3/4 inch Centurion auto-locking separator snap hooks.  Designed for use as a positioning device while performing tower work.  Allows worker to lean away from structure while keeping both hands free to complete a task.  Includes 2-1/4 inch opening swivel rebar hook for attachment to anchor point.  Separator spreader bar snap hook is designed to relieve pressure on the waist and hips while sitting or leaning in positioning applications.  Constructed of heavy duty 1 inch nylon webbing to reduce assembly weight.  Swivel prevents webbing from twisting.
