Elk River 29761 18 Inch Web Rebar Positioning Assembly with 2-1/4 inch rebar hook with swivel at one end and locking snap hooks at other end.  Designed for use performing such tasks as rebar work or tower work.  Allows worker to lean away from structure while keeping both hands free to complete a task.  Swivel rebar hook designed to prevent webbing from twisting.  Constructed of heavy duty 1 inch nylon webbing with wear pad on both sides of webbing.  Webbing reduces weight of the assembly.  Snap hooks and rebar hook are ANSI Z359.1 compliant hooks.  3,600 lb strength gates.
