3M DBI/SALA 1231460 Rescue And Retrieval Y-Lanyard with dee ring in center with locking snap hooks each end.  Y-lanyard is ideal for rescue and retrieval applications and for use with harnesses incorporating shoulder retrieval dee rings.  When used together during emergency retrieval operations, they keep the victim in an upright position and reduce the space needed to extract them.  Standard on all 3M DBI/SALA lanyards are our patented, user-friendly self locking snap hooks.  They allow you to open and close the hook even with gloves on without getting your thumb or fingers in the way, they're industry preferred!
