3M DBI/SALA 9501207 Delta Comfort Back Pad for use with most full body harnesses.  Great accessory for your harness, enhancing worker satisfaction, productivity and compliance.  It can be attached to Delta No-Tangle harnesses and on most other harness brands making it a truly universal fit.  The innovative design provides extra comfort throughout the neck, shoulders and back.  The one-piece design eliminates shoulder pad slippage-they stay in place and will not slide off.  The extra padding will help distribute weight, keeping the pressure off, even when wearing heavy tools.
