Roof Zone 71094 RZ Universal Powder Coat 3 Hole Zip Mount Guardrail Base is designed to be used with 5 foot, 7.5 foot and 10 foot RZ guardrail sections. The RZ system is a portable counterweight guardrail system that is installed without the use of tools. The system does not require penetrating roof surface. The Zip Base unique design provides the lightest weight counterweight base in the industry. It makes it much easier to lift, transport and set in place. Base has full contact friction pads that protects the roof surface and prevents the base from moving. The base includes includes toe board slots. Base nests and stacks easily for storage. 3 hole base provides wide range of rail placement. Base comes convenient carrying handle. The Zip base is manufactured in the USA. Counterweight base eliminates need for penetrating roof surface. Guardrail system require outrigger rail section at each end of the run. RZ guardrail system has been tested to meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.23 and 1926.502 requirements for guardrails.
